This site is best viewed using Microsoft's Internet Explorer web browser. If a page or graphic fails to open, click the Refresh button on your browser and that may correct the problem. Also, hyperlinks to other web sites off the Links Page will open in a new window. Therefore, you should close the windows when done viewing them or you could have several active windows open on top of one another at the same time. This could cause your web browser to slow down considerably.
